Bangalore-born fashion design graduate, Manisha Naidu, aspired to create and develop her own fashion house from an early age. Having started her career as a lingerie designer, then going forward to gain experience in haute couture, street wear, and resort wear, Manisha brings 17 years of industry experience to the table. Her journey gave her a deep understanding of design, fabrics, and colours complemented by a strong command of the technical nuances of garment construction, different techniques of unique embroideries, various printing techniques and graphic design. Her experience working with high end products for both domestic and international markets gave her opportunities to lead the design and development teams in various fashion houses.
Having spent all her life in India, Manisha’s influence has always been the rich Indic heritage — an influence that reflected in AdiValka’s products.
With a B. Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from IIT (Bombay) and an M.B.A. from IIM (Bangalore) Jayakumar brings a deep understanding of business coupled with hands-on exposure to all aspects of technology management to AdiValka. Jaya began his career at Wipro Information Technologies and was among the first employees of Oracle’s India Development Center. Jaya has lead the Indian global technology centers for companies like Ariba and then SAP, and Fortune 1 companies like Walmart. He continues to work in the field of technology in a similar capacity. Over the course of his three-decade long career, Jaya developed and honed his skills in the areas of product architecture through implementation, people management and myriad other aspects of running a business.
Having spent his career in technology companies bridging both Indic and Western cultures, Jaya brings organizational building strengths and international experience to AdiValka.
