Delivering your product requires the utmost care and at AdiValka, we put our best foot forward.
- We partner with reputed and trusted national couriers for domestic service.
- We provide shipping within India for all orders. We charge a flat Rs. 150 shipping fee. Orders are shipped within 15 working days from the date of placing your order.. Please note that this excludes local holidays and carrier delays.
- For smooth processing and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a local contact number at the time of placing your order.
- Orders are shipped within 10 working days from the date of confirmation. Please note that this excludes local holidays and carrier delays
- You will receive tracking details and carrier information the day after your shipment is dispatched.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we cannot reroute or redirect shipments once dispatched.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it upon confirmation of the correct address, subject to additional shipping charges.
- Please ensure that you or a trusted individual is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned or left unattended due to unavailability, especially for high-value items.
- For international orders we will ship your orders in four weeks. Expect your package in five to six weeks of placing your order.
- We only offer expedited shipping within India at additional cost and we will ship in seven working days.
Returns & Refunds
At AdiValka we work really hard at our craft, to create a product you will love. However sometimes it’s a missed opportunity, and we get that. If that’s happened, here’s our policy on returns.
- Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Only domestic shipments are eligible for returns.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us or whatsapp a photo of the damaged product with the MRP tags immediately on receipt of your order. Please return the product re-packaged as you received it, complete with tags, any additional materials, etc.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, some items are marked “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on the basis of colour perception. Colours may appear differently across devices due to variations in screen settings, brightness, and resolution.
- Returns will not be processed for reasons like “the fabric feels heavy” or “weight of the fabric did not match our expectations.”
- The AdiValka team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
- Once we have approved and authorized your return request, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
- From our end, we aim to process all returns within 10 working days (Excluding local holidays and carrier delays). We have no control over any time third party sites/banks take to process the refund from their end. - All apparel on the website have detailed size charts. Please pick your size with care in case of doubt, please get in touch with us on whatsapp for clarifications. Returns will not be processed for “size did not match” reasons.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds on International Orders
- We do not process order cancellation for international orders except in the case we are unable to fulfill the order on account of unavailability of fabric(s).
- Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders..
