SHIPPING

Delivering your product requires the utmost care and at AdiValka, we put our best foot forward.

  1. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping times are contingent on state, national and international regulations, and therefore shipping times are variable.
  2. We partner with reputed and trusted national couriers for domestic service. 
  3. We charge a flat Rs. 150 shipping fee within India. Due to the current COVID conditions, please expect your package to be shipped within three weeks of placing your order. If you require expedited shipping within India, we charge a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee, and you can expect the package to be shipped within two weeks of placing order.
  4. For international orders (i.e. outside India) you can expect delivery of your package within 25 business days. For expedited shipping, please reach out to us at hello.adivalka@gmail.com to coordinate your order.
  5. For other countries, we are still working out the modalities and details of international shipping. However, we value all our customers and would love to get in touch with you to make your order happen. Please reach out to us at hello.adivalka@gmail.com to coordinate any international orders. We will try to find the most effective and efficient couriers keeping your best interests in mind.
  6. Your package will be delivered to you between Monday and Saturday, from 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please keep in mind delivery time can be subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  7. If you would like to change your shipping address please keep in mind any address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
  8. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

RETURNS

At AdiValka we work really hard at our craft, to create a product you will love. However sometimes it’s a missed opportunity, and we get that. If that’s happened, here’s our policy on returns.

  1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Only domestic shipments are eligible for returns.  
  2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the MRP tags within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please return the product re-packaged as you received it, complete with tags, any additional materials, etc.   
  3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, some items are marked “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. 
  4. The AdiValka team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
  5. Once we have approved and authorized your return request, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.  
  6. From our end, we aim to process all returns within two (2) weeks. We have no control over any time third party sites/banks take to process the refund from their end. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the AdiValka team at hello.adivalka@gmail.com.    
  7. All returns are subject to our discretion.
